Processing order time for custom made items is 10 days. Please contact us if you need your item sooner or at an specific date. We will do our best.
We usually ship USPS priority mail , insured , 2-3 days ,within the U.S.A. and for Canadian orders with Canada Post expedited mail, insured, 4-6 days.
We will ship only within North America & South America.

RETURN POLICIES:
My Goal is to have happy and satisfied Customers, if for some reason the item you purchased does not meet your expectations you can return it to us within 10 days of the received shipping date (stock items only, does not apply to custom orders) for a refund or replacement.
The Customer is responsible for the RETURN shipping charges, Gabriella will take care of REPLACEMENT shipping charges.
If an item is returned it must be in the same condition as it was received to be able to be resold as NEW (no animal hair, dirt, smell or damages)

Custom made orders are not returnable or refundable if it is not our fault. In any case please contact us

When ordering an item that will be custom made, please make sure that you follow the measurement guidelines or contact us, we will be happy to assist you.
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements supplied by the buyer.
